Mary Graham Newbery died of TB and there is a family story about her. Apparently she was laid out in her coffin in the front room of the house; people came to pay their respects. A lady arrived to visit and started singing. Mary 'woke up' in her coffin; she had been in a deep coma NOT dead. She did however die four days later
